Timberline Treatment Center programs are tobacco free in accordance with South Dakota Law.

Timberline Treatment Center is accredited by the South Dakota Department of Human Services, Division of Alcohol and Drug Abuse and licensed by the South Dakota Department of Health and offers the following programs and services:

COMPREHENSIVE TREATMENT NEEDS ASSESSMENTS

• Conducted by state certified chemical dependency counselors
• Available in northern Black Hills area and in Rapid City

 MEDICALLY MONITORED INPATIENT TREATMENT PROGRAM

• Individual, group and family counseling
• Relapse prevention and Aftercare planning
• On-site Twelve Step meetings (for residents only)
• Nursing care
• School program
• 24 hour staff coverage

SHORT TERM RELAPSE TREATMENT RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM

• Individual, group and family counseling
• Emphasis placed on helping residents identify primary relapse “triggers”
• Relapse prevention and continued care planning
• On-site Twelve Step meetings (for residents only)
• Nursing care
• School program
• 24 hour staff coverage

OUTPATIENT TREATMENT SERVICES

• Individual, group, and family counseling
• Relapse prevention and Aftercare services
• Twelve Step group support
