Eligibility

• Adolescents, ages 13 -17 years
• Must be assessed by a state certified chemical dependency counselor
• Must have a substance abuse disorder diagnosed in accordance with DSM-IV-TR criteria
• Must meet respective level of care per ASAM placement criteria
• Residential clients must be medically stable
• Short-Term Relapse Treatment residents must have successfully completed a structured treatment program within past year
• For Continued Care services, adolescents must have successfully completed a treatment program prior to admission into group
